Ziyad Rahuman M is a highly experienced HR professional with a strong academic foundation, holding a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling.

He has over 33 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources at Bank of Baroda, a leading public sector bank in India. During his tenure, he handled the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and leadership development.
&nbsp;
He was selected for the prestigious &ldquo;Baroda Senior Leaders Programme&rdquo;, a nine-month leadership development initiative conducted by McKinsey &amp; Co, which included mentorship by a dedicated leadership coach. This experience further strengthened his strategic leadership and organizational development skills.
&nbsp;
After retiring from Bank of Baroda, Ziyad transitioned into roles that reflect his passion for teaching and mentoring. He currently works as a freelance HR consultant, English language tutor, and adjunct faculty at various management institutes. He is also a certified IELTS/PTE trainer associated with UPSKILL, a unit of Apt Education LLP, where he helps learners enhance their English proficiency for global opportunities.

Ziyad remains actively engaged in professional communities and is a Life Member of several prominent organizations, including the All India Management Association (AIMA), National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Indian Society for Training &amp; Development (ISTD), and the National HRD Network (NHRD).
