I am a graduate from Mumbai University with over 25 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep expertise in managing operations, streamlining processes, and creating efficient and safe work environments. My journey has given me the opportunity to not only oversee facility management but also to play an integral role in leadership development, employee training, and coaching.
In Administration and Facility Management, I have successfully managed a range of tasks&mdash;from coordinating day-to-day operations to overseeing facility services, maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management. I have always believed in creating a work environment that supports productivity, well-being, and collaboration. Managing these aspects requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to address challenges proactively. Over the years, I have built a reputation for optimizing resources, ensuring smooth operations, and making strategic decisions that align with both organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
In addition to my administrative expertise, I have extensive experience in soft skills training and the induction of new recruits.
